UI/UX Design

I create seamless, user-centered experiences that transform ideas into engaging, impactful designs. I excel at balancing user and business goals, building intuitive navigation structures and information architecture, and thinking far into the future to deliver competitive concepts and features.

UI REDESIGNS & DESIGN SYSTEMS

Startup Savant - Redesigning a 6,000+ page site

How I made sense of this behemoth’s information architecture, updated the look and feel, and gave users what they really want - the most useful information for them. I tackled the lion’s share of the design work, managed the project end-to-end, AND delivered a custom, scalable design system.

How to Start an LLC

This site came to me with 124 components, many of which did similar things but looked just slightly different, and 39% of them were broken. Auditing the site and creating the design system reduced the number of components to 12, increased efficiency in page input and introduced a modern, cohesive look and feel.

NAV & INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

Mega Menu - Less is Not Always More

Before this mega menu, a site boasting 10,000+ pages had just five (5!!) menu items. No dropdowns, no subindexes, no nothing. This concept mega nav guides users to the information they need, without a lot of fuss.

WEB APPS & TOOLS

Business Idea Generator - Bringing a Dinosaur Back to Life

This outdated number needed a refresh! I gave it a redesign and planned out the next 4 phases of feature development to give it a competitive edge and stand out in the AI battleground.

Content Management System

A bespoke CMS (with dark mode!) built with real-time input from the people who use it, what’s not to love? This project revamped an old, clunky CMS into a fast, user-friendly interface that prioritized user needs.

Business Name Generator

A brand new tool means a brand new UI, my favorite! I focused on cleaning up and optimizing the UI for mobile. Business objectives drive users to convert, but can we make that journey less pitchy and more fun?
